1. About this policy
Morrow Robotics (“we”, “us” or “our”) is preparing robotics-enabled physical operations, beginning with agricultural drone services in Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through morrowrobotics.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, role, organisation, email address, mobile number and contact preferences. For a farm assessment, we also collect property location information, treatment and property area, service needs, timing, terrain and access conditions, operational notes, indicative budget, decision authority and capacity-reservation interest.
Exact property addresses and map links are optional at the expression-of-interest stage. We also collect referral and campaign information, and limited technical information required for security and service operation. We do not store raw IP addresses in the lead database.
3. Why we collect it
- to assess an enquiry and initial operational feasibility;
- to identify possible launch regions and aggregate service demand;
- to contact you about your enquiry, a potential scope or quote;
- to maintain security, prevent spam and diagnose service problems;
- to send occasional service updates only when you separately consent.
4. How we disclose and store information
Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure or support our website and operations. Our website infrastructure uses Cloudflare, including Workers, D1 and Turnstile. Information may be accessed or processed outside Australia, including where our team or service providers operate. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the service to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
5. Marketing choices
Asking us to assess an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Marketing consent is optional and separate. You may withdraw it using the unsubscribe method in a message or by contacting us.
6. Retention
We retain information while it is reasonably needed to assess demand, respond to enquiries, plan launch regions, meet legal obligations and maintain business records. We may de-identify or delete information when it is no longer required.
7. Access, correction and concerns
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing privacy@morrowrobotics.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the launch program and operating arrangements develop. The updated date at the top shows when this version took effect.
